For example, when I open Control Panel, the cluster of icons normally seen in XP Classic View gets replaced by the IE home page. Furthermore, other tasks which use internet explorer also get "hijacked" by being taken to the IE home page. This makes it nearly impossible to go to other web pages. What I have now is the internet explorer browser always trying to go to the home page even if I am not hitting the "Home" button on the browser. While I was delighted to be nudged in the right direction by some of you about how to solve the problem of multiple internet explorer browsers opening on their own, that did not completely solve the problem. ![]()
